Another Generic Hearth's Warning Tale

Ponyville, A majestic and quite special village set at the outskirts of Equestria,is the central hub to celebrate Hearth's Warming…as usual and it wouldn't be surprising that both Checkerboard and Nightsky are ready to celebrate the Holiday as well. They were even acting juvenile as well as they couldn't wait for the elder codger who is mistaken for a myth to deliver a gift for him but they didn't mind and was about to mail the list to the Ponyville Post Office.

Checkerboard always wants a usual book as he wants to not only,beat the Princess of Friendship's knowledge but even his rival as well,Starlight Dazzle,  Who in a intellectual scale are matched only left by brawn which fails always for him,but she couldn't help but feel commendable for his attempts.

Nightsky on the other hoof wants Starlight to come and spend Hearth's Warming with them as he couldn't stop thinking about her. Her charm, elegance, and witty retorts kept himself thinking about her every day, afternoon, and evening time and time again as if he was the unofficial #1 fan of her.

Once Checkerboard looks at the letter he looks in absolute shock as he notices Nightsky' s wish and responded with a
"What in---!?!"
To which Nightsky blushed to a perfect Cinnamon red and kept thinking about her and lovingly sighs.
Checkerboard then trots to Nightsky and said softly"Is this what you truly want for Hearth's Warming?"
Nightsky then nods in definite approval, To which Checkerboard looked dumbfounded as he remembered his experiences with her. Every time he was with her either being complimented, painfully crushed, or respectively crushed by her Titanic sized ass and hooves. Checkerboard then rolls the paper up like a newspaper and slaps Nightsky."Okay, You shallow pond of scum let me tell you the obvious idea, Starlight loves you but she'll obviously reject you, There's 12 Days left before the big day but she will say no and keep saying no until then. She'll either keep humiliating you until you stop or  she'll kill you if you bother her too much, So commonsense Nightie,  Just Let it Go, You silly stallion! Okay?"

"No I have full faith in Ms.Dazzle that she'll spend time with me on Hearth's Warming and I know so."Nightsky said
"Listen to yourself you are deliriously delusional, Get over her she'll never accept you as a coltfriend and she'll have you as more of her minion and I know you don't want that,Do you?"Checkerboard responded to which he trots out and noticed that the First Day of Winter hasn't even began and Pegasi has already began to drop snow"ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS! YOU COULDN'T WAIT A WEEK LONGER YOU DIPPY DODO BIRDS, YOU SH--"

As Checkerboard kept at his ranted tirade, Nightsky then was motivated and determined enough to visit and convince Starlight to come visit them both for the Holidays and flies out through the back door to go visit her, To which she was tormenting any Canterlot snobs that was in her way. Awhile later, Nightsky arrives to Starlight and hands her the letter

"Good Morning,Dear? What's this?~"Starlight reads the letter and once she reads it,she kept it behind her mane to keep it safe but kindly rejects him, Nightsky was with persuasive, puppy dog eyes as he awaited his response to her to which she says"I am sorry,Dear I can't make your wish happen. Even a mare like me  needs a break and nopony really gives me a day or week of relaxation a mare like me deserves but please don't take it too seriously."

Nightsky then looks down and then won't lose without persuading all he could for Starlight.

2nd Day: Nightsky places a attachable mistletoe hat and flies to Starlight, As she was going to convince him by puckering her lips she then slammed her hooves together and Nightsky became as flat as a piece of paper."Nice Try,Sweetie but I don't give kisses that easily or often."

3rd Day:Nightsky then places himself inside a box of Holiday Chocolates ,Once Starlight opened it up she gave a raspberry but savored his sweet flavor before spitting him out turning him into a snowstallion. "Let it snow~"

4th Day:Nightsky wrapped himself inside of a gift and placed himself right in Starlight's path, She then reads who is it from"To Starlight Dazzle,From Nightsky"Starlight squees and sees to which she pretended to act cheerful"Ooh!, This is just what I always wanted…"Starlight then sits down on Nightsky forcefully "A new cushion!"Starlight concluded as she rests there until the next day.

5th Day:Nightsky becomes a fake pony ornament and goes towards Starlight to interrupts her sleep, She sees Nightsky acting static and then gave a irritable, but tolerable look. "Oh my,Nopony has given me a decorative toy ornament before ,but Hmm? This is not the one I wanted so I'll just have to stomp it flat!"Starlight then quickly stomps Nightsky as flat as a flapjack.

6th Day:Nightsky then impersonates a canine and places a collar on him and a note that says"Please Take Care of me,Ma'am. Signed, Anonymous" to which Starlight responds by Sitting on Nightsky keeping him warm by her asscheeks "I hope you feel warm and toasty there,Fido?"

7th Day: Nightsky sits on Starlight's lap , impersonating again, but now as a colt as he ask his wish, Starlight finds this as desperate attempt to convince her to spend time with him."Hello Ma'am? May I tell you what I wish to have for Hearth's Warming?" Starlight then grabs Nightsky and threw him into a frozen river but the ice collapsed and now he is frozen. "MAYBE NEXT YEAR,HONEY!~"

8th Day: Nightsky then becomes even more desperate by giving Starlight all of his bits and placed them on her hooves, Starlight groaned and said"Do you see what I see?"Nightsky looked the other way only to be bedazzled by Starlight"Yes it was a star,but not the one you were thinking of."

9th Day:Nightsky isn't even trying anymore as he just placed a big I.O.U. on his chest and flew to,Starlight and begged.
Starlight facehooved and asks"What now, Little Buttplug!"
"Please, Just one day be with us on Hearth's Warming no more,no less?"Nightsky said
Starlight rolls her eyes and sighs"Look Nightsky, I get it, you love me and I get it you are that passionate towards me,but I cannot put all my focus on you. You are sweet for trying but please spend these remaining days with your brother, I had quite enough of your tomfoolery already for more than a week now and I think it's time to call it quits. See you next year,Dear"Starlight said as she trotted away.

Nightsky then feels heartbroken and torn he flew back to Ponyville to visit Checkerboard again, To which he was reading a obscure Holiday novel.
"So, How was today's attempt with Dazzle, Did she say yes?"
Nightsky was silent.
"So you did lost again,Are you going to try again tomorrow?"
Nightsky was so torn it felt as if everypony in his life has died of a tragic death.
"Nightie, Are you alright?"
"Yes, But I believe that I shouldn't show my face in Equestria ever again."
"Oh Pish Posh Macintosh! Don't be so gloom, just wait until tomorrow then I'll make you as bright as the moon!"

10th Day:Checkerboard then merrily jumps out of bed and breathes in the Holiday air and then sneezes."Good Morning,Ponyville it does feel merry and chilly today, I should make some delicious  breakfast, Do you want anything, Nig-?"Checkerboard noticed Nightsky was gone and starts to panic as he searched for him all at the whereabouts of their house only to know that Nightsky was in their hobby room."Oh there you are,Nightie would you like some breakfast?"Nightsky then gives a long silence"How about we do our decorative candy houses?" Nightsky again was silent"How about making a snowmare, Is that okay?"Nightsky becomes silent once more."I'll just wait for you to come out and then we'll have some fun,bud."Checkerboard waited a solid 16 hours for Nightsky to open the hobby room door and then looked concerned once it reached midnight on Hearth's Warming.

"I can't see my big brother like this? I have to give Starlight Dazzle a piece of my mind of his humdrum feelings, In the morning, Of course."

Checkerboard then began to fly his way to Canterlot rapidly as he sees Starlight asleep and kept herself warm by covering herself with a blanket out of mares along with her powerful magic, to which he interrupted her sleep."WHAT THE? WHO'S THE? Oh ,Hello Checkerboard, Sweetheart. It has been a while since we have talked privately amongst ourselves. Compared to your brother?"
Checkerboard gave a scowl at Starlight
"Was there something I said?"
Checkerboard sighs as he knew fighting won't solve the answer not even playfully being with her and confidently says
"Why did you reject my brother?"
Starlight then responds with"Oh now you are helping him,Let me tell you the answer so even you a genius can understand!" Starlight said sarcastically"Each and Everypony wants to have a day or two off and I'm no exception. I can't say yes to Nightsky because afterwards other smaller fanponies will keep talking to me,That's the idea,Do you understand,Checkerboard?"
Checkerboard sighs "Yes Ms.Dazzle, I understand but do you know that you turned down somepony that even you know is so special to you. A optimistic, motivated, passionate, and dedicated fan who wanted to see you happy as much as what you did to him all year,although he presented it as if you were the gift, he wanted you to have a Happy Hearth's Warming in a delightful manner and we understand your dilemma but just tell ponies you don't want to be disturbed until the New Year, Obviously they will indeed understand. I think of you as a beautiful and smart Monster Sized Friend as much as he does. So, I am leaving you with the choice? Love and Friends even to the most annoying as such, or to stay alone. The choice is yours, Goodbye Starlight Dazzle…"Checkerboard said as he flew away back to Ponyville.

It was Hearth's Warming Eve-ning and Checkerboard has already placed his preparations for the present he placed as well as the many holiday themed decor inside and out of the Checkered Nights Household as he waits for midnight for Starlight Dazzle to come. But once Midnight arrived she wasn't there and Checkerboard looked down."I guess…She did…make her decision…I didn't know she was that cruel?"Checkerboard said shedding a tear
"OH BOY COULD YOU EVER SHUT UP FOR ONCE!"Starlight said as she then hovered in the air and crashes to the ground an inch or two away before she would destroy the house.
"Nightsky come out I have a surprise for you!"Checkerboard said cheerfully "Yes I know the Candied Dessert house is done… Get off my back" Nightsky remarked
"No, Go outside as you will be bedazzled by your surprised Checkerboard hinted.
Nightsky then widens his eyes and flew as fast as a bullet as he heads outside to see who it was.
"Happy Hearth's Warming,Nightsky~ <3"Starlight said sweetly as she greets him with the biggest kiss he can ever get from her and Nightsky's cheerfulness as already rises up as quicker as a certain other reformed Holiday character.

"Now don't be that accustomed on the kiss,  I did it because of how much you care about me and if you mention this to anypony I will grind you with my plot so much you will become nothing more but my new tattoo!"Starlight threatened to Nightsky, to which he nods and salutes the promise as he blushed as red as a cherry drenched in its own juices.

"Thank you,Goddess this means so much to me… Maybe we can--"
"Don't push your luck,Nightsky! I am not doing this every year but this year and this year only you deserve it~"Starlight said cutting him off

Our trio then spent a Hearth's Warming that even to Starlight can never forget as they spent Hearth's Warming outside together as if they were a family
